The house has three bedrooms with independent air conditioning,

(two with separated beds and one double room with added bed)
and three
independent bathrooms.

whole sum established within 48 hours after our
agreement by phone and specifyng kindly, the date
of the arrival and that one of your departure, the
number of the beadrooms and the tipology of the
same ones (double or with three beds)

cancellation communicated to us 15 days before of
the date of the beginning of your stay, gives the
right to the repayment of the half of the deposit.
Over this limit, it'll be debited the mount of the
whole sum.
